ORGANIC FERTILIZER PRODUCTION

After the organic wastes are transformed into biogas, the remaining semi-fermented mixture is separated into two forms, namely solid and liquid using separator and decanter. The solid part is redounded as organic solid fertilizer and liquid part is redounded as organic liquid fertilizer to be used in agriculture. The products obtained are offered to the market within the scope of the relevant legislations.

Organic Fertilizer: These are the products which contain vegetal nutrients in the form of organic components, the main purpose of which is facilitating vegetal nutrient taking by correcting the physical and chemical structure of the soil and which are obtained as a consequence of processing the plant itself or products prepared from wastes and residues and the auxiliary products.

WHY ORGANIC FERTILIZER?

It is known as a consequence of the scientific researches that our soils have become arid and saltiness of the soil has increased because of the increase in unconscious chemical fertilizer use in agriculture. The organic substance quantity in the arid soil is low as well.

Organic fertilizers increase organic substance quantity of soil and increase productivity. In addition to this, owing to the vegetal food elements in the content of organic fertilizers, the plants are fed. The Humic+Fulvic acid, on the other hand allows the food elements in the content of the soil to be taken more. ORGANO-MINERAL FERTILIZER PRODUCTION

Organic fertilizer is produced by composting semi-fermented fertilizer obtained from processing animal and vegetal wastes. Organo-mineral fertilizer is produced by adding N-P-K- Ca-Mg-S and micro elements in the composted fertilizer produced. The organic substance and humic, fulvic acids in the content of organo-mineral fertilizers obtained and all of vegetal food elements in its structure can be used by plants. The organic substance in its content improves the structure of the soil and dissolves the minerals attached to the soil. The elemental sulfur added in it makes it possible to balance its pH, and the trace elements make it possible to develop high quality product.
