INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

ENERGROM is a corporation which transforms the natural resources into Electrical Power and High Quality Organic Fertilizer using environmentalist technologies in the field of renewable energy.

Within the scope of successful implementation of the Integrated Management System structured on the basis of the Strategic Direction, purposes and targets which we determined;

• Focus on production of low cost high quality energy and products and develop long term collaboration with our stakeholders and increase our production capacity,
• Fulfill the conditions of the applicable national legislation; receive the necessary legal permits in the light of Environmental-Social-Economic Assessments which takes the legal and technical criteria as basis within this framework, mitigate the negative environmental impacts and polluting elements, provide a sustainable environment with the electrical power and organic fertilizer produced on the basis of natural resources;
• Prevent negative impacts such as injury and health problems through the risk assessment applied with participation of our employees within the scope of our activities, prepare an emergency plan in the case of undesired incidents and implement the same, to secure health and safety of the employees of our contractors and particularly our employees as applicable;
• Plan and realize the trainings necessary to increase the competencies and awareness levels of our employees in conformity with the conditions of legal and management systems and provide effective communication means;
• And adopt a Management Understanding continuously based on continuous improvement.
