The area of the power plant is 51.617,82 m2 located in the province of Izmir, county of Foca, district of Ilıpınar and location of Sarıkaya. The settlement place nearest to the area of activity is the District of Gerenköy of the county of Foca at a distance of 2700 m. It is located in the west of the power plant area.

The distance of the power plant to the District of Ilıpınar located in the north of the power plant area is approximately 2800 meters. The distance of the power plant to the center of the county of Foca is approximately 16 km.

EIA Approval Certificate and the Production License have been received for the operation of the facility and YEKDEM Provisional Acceptance has been made. Our Izmir Foca Biogas Power Plant has installed capacity of 3,285 MWm / 3,201 MWe and it was put into operation on 29.10.2019. 159.500 tons of cattle and hen fertilizer is fermented in our power generation plant in a year and electricity of 22.407,00 MWe/year will be produced. The main source of raw material to be used in the process will be animal wastes including those of cattle and hens to be procured from the region farms. The annual organic solid fertilizer production capacity of the facility is approximately 13.090 tons/year.
